Princeton, N.J. – November 05, 2025 – ETS CEO, Amit Sevak has announced today that Janet Garcia has been appointed President of ETS. In her new role, Garcia will continue to report to the CEO overseeing global operations.
As President, Garcia will oversee the integration and expansion of operations across the ETS enterprise. In addition to continuing to lead PSI, Garcia will now also drive coordination across the ETS portfolio.

Garcia brings a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and mission-driven growth in the global assessment, licensure and credentialing sector. Since joining PSI (an ETS company) in 2017, she has transformed the company from an emerging brand into a recognized global leader in credentialing, driving expansion through strategic acquisitions, product innovation, and operational excellence.
